Has Marijuana been smoked around me by Federal or State or National of Government

    The Drug Laws and Marijuana legalization go hand on hand with each other and play a huge role in our government today with much controversy happening today in our nation. There are two types of factions going on with The Drug Laws and Marijuana legalization there are the ones who are for and there are also the ones who are against it. The ones who are against Marijuana legalization would say that legalizing Marijuana would be a violation of the federal controlled substances act, also from the comprehensive drug abuse prevention, also another one will be the control act of 1970 which bans certain, and also that it should not be legal for any reason being for medical or recreational use of marijuana. The ones who are against Marijuana being legalize might assume that Marijuana might be as bad as Methylamine and other substances listed in the FDA website stated under what is considered an abusive, addictive, and drug substance which can cause a significant harm in a person's body. While the people who are for the legalization of Marijuana may implied that Marijuana may help with many people's health conditions like shown in a CNN , While reducing the drug trafficking, and decrease the small crimes and jail of the people who are caught with Marijuana in their possession. Marijuana legalization is affected by a clause in the Constitution under the federal controlled substances act but the Supreme Court has never weighed on the legalization of Marijuana. The layer of  government that is involved with the legalization of Marijuana would involve local and state and federal government because they all tie in with each other because the federal might say that by legalizing of marijuana it is a violation of the federal controlled substances act, while the local and state government might say that Marijuana is not as bad a heroin, but is much like alcohol and it is considered  a natural drug compared to all the substances used to make heroin. There has been policies over the legalization of  marijuana in a state levels of government an example of this would be how Colorado and Washington have legalized the use of marijuana as for the use of medical or recreational intentions. There is also other states as shown on the CNN map that shows Colorado and Washington and nineteen other states that have allowed the use of marijuana for the purposes of medical use only.
   I believe as a whole nation that we should consider voting for the legalization of marijuana as a whole. I believe this because marijuana can be used for medical  purposes  such as the control the amount of seizures a person can get I recollect a time when i was watching the news and there was a segment of a kid who had a sever condition which caused him to have many seizures but he was on medication that would make him feel sick and which caused his parent to have a constant eye on him due to his many seizures he had, but when the parents gave there son marijuana it help him not feel as sick as he used to be and also more normal and by using the marijuana the parents said that they notice that he had less seizures than when he was taking the other medication so i believe that i can help improve someones health, Also marijuana is more natural than any drug that is out there in the world for example cigarettes have a lot of nicotine which really bad for someones health while marijuana is more natural and less chemicals than any other drug.
